Welcome to the Parents’ Association. As you can see we have now included our regular meetings in the school´s Calendar. We are always excited about welcoming new faces and we would encourage all parents to join us.
Our association is all about being ‘user friendly’ – join in and lend a hand when and where you can. You can contact both the Chairman and Secretary via the details given at the bottom of this page and PA members are usually around school at the beginning and end of the school day.
The success of the PA is dependent upon the support we get from committee members, helpers, teachers and parents who support us and there are times when the existing members are really stretched to cover all of the different events and things the PA is asked to do. If there is
anyone out there who would like to get involved with the PA and could spare a few hours to help with the organisation and running of events, we would love to hear from you.
If you are a working parent with a limited amount of spare time, please don’t be put off. Everyone’s contribution is appreciated. There are quite a few jobs which can be done ‘out of hours’ so every little bit of help counts. It is good fun and an opportunity to meet other parents, particularly if you are new to the School. Even if you don’t want to join the committee but would just like to register as an occasional helper we would be delighted to hear from you. We look forward to meeting you and thank you to all our parents for their continued support!

Nearly New Uniform Shop
|
|
During term time, the shop is open every Thursday afternoon 3-4.30pm. If anyone has any good condition uniform items they would like to sell they can be left in the School Office or brought into the shop. Please remember to attach your name and your child’s name and year, or better still fill in one of the shop’s forms in order that we can pay out correctly when items are sold. If you have a specific price in mind please make a note of that, otherwise we will price them up at the ‘going rate’. If items are considered not in good enough condition or are no longer regulation uniform we will put them into the Bag2school collection in order to still raise funds. Cheques for sale proceeds will be issued twice yearly for items or accounts £10 and over – any smaller sums will be held until further items are sold bringing the account over the £10 mark. In addition to nearly new clothes, we also stock the following range of new items: boys blazers, cagoules, cookery aprons and bags, lab coats, hockey socks, senior & prep school sports bags, regulation swimming towels, swimming hats & bags, tracksuit bottoms, weather suits, water bottles, shorts & skorts, senior school folder bags, prep school book bags, rucksacks, scarves, sun hats, hoodies and polo shirts.
