Sporting Opportunities
With a growing number of Holy Trinity International School (HTIS) students playing for local clubs and competing at national level, extended senior sport links are thriving both in terms of personal and team success. HTIS students enjoy success across a wide range of sports. Competing at county and national level for both ISA swimming and athletics.
Exam and competition success is fully supported, with some senior students having the opportunity of taking their sports examinations two years earlier than their contemporaries.
HTIS offers immense opportunity for personal achievement and growth across the sports spectrum. We continuously monitor and adapt our educational offer to ensure we support all students fully.
Within the PE department students have great opportunity for personal performance achievement, with the emphasis placed on acquiring skills whilst nurturing students’ individual talents to ensure they reach their personal potential.
Regular practices help improve skills and techniques and provides a firm foundation for student training and progress.
* Subjects offered range from NVQ Sports Recreation and Allied Occupations, and the Kidderminster Harriers’ Activity Leadership Level 2 course, with HTIS’s extended sports curriculum attaining triumph across a range of sports such as football rugby, cricket, cross country, swimming, hockey, netball and the British Schools boys and girls biathlons.
